Sundays Question for you #3

OK I have a good one for you this week! So get out the thinking cap!

Q: Why is it that the drink V-8's main ingredient (tomato) is a fruit,
shouldn't it be called V-7+1F?

Come on now i want some good ones this time a round!

post your answers under the comments!

please clear this up for me.

This is a VERY easy one!

A: Because "V-1+1F" has already been copyrighted. Apple bought the copyright with the intention of using it as the error code that their next software update will produce. They reckon 1439 just isn't "catchy" enough!

Hope this clears it up for you.

Tomatoes are fruits? Nope. It's not true ... just an urban legend ... Look it up on SNOPES ... plus a hundred thousand supermarket produce sections can't all be wrong .... and Bloody Marys are not fruity drinks.

I'm Italian ... and I don't make no fruity gravy! I'll never throw in. I've never had a tomato in a dessert or plopped one in my cereal bowl. Have you?

No, I have not put a tomato in my cereal bowl, I don't eat tomato's. but I don't put strawbeeys or banana's in either.

I went to buy an Innocent Fruit Smoothie the other day (because I was being lazy) and started reading the back for ingredients and stuff. It said "once opened keep refigerated and use within 3 days or else we'll send someone round to get you" I proceeded onto the cheap versions of the smoothies and they also had 'humour' on the carton.

WHY do smoothie manufacturers consider humour a decent tool for selling their drink?

I have at least 3 more questions at this point BUT I have learned!!!
